Things to Do
For golf enthusiasts, Pelican Hill Golf Club is a luxury oceanfront golf resort. It includes two 18-hole layouts designed by renowned golf architect Tom Fazio. Both courses feature stunning terrain and breathtaking vistas overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Upper Newport Bay Nature Preserve is a 135-acre park with a network of hiking and biking trails. The bluffs surrounding the bay offer amazing views. It's home to unique wildlife, species of birds, and endangered plants endemic to the area.
Stretching more than three miles of the Pacific coastline, Crystal Cove State Park features tide pools, sandy coves, an underwater park, and trails for hiking and biking over 2,400 acres of land. It's also home to the Crystal Cove historic district, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Since 1966, the Newport Beach Jazz Festival has been committed to showcasing legendary musicians, composers, and up-and-coming artists. It takes place over the course of one weekend and is one of the longest-running music festivals in Orange County.
